One of the things I appreciate most about Nipomo is the weather.

In my opinion, it has one of the nicest climates on the Central Coast. The summers are generally milder than many inland communities, and while you still enjoy the fresh marine air, you typically get more sunshine and less persistent fog than some of the beach towns farther north.

For me, that's a wonderful combination.

Another thing I like about Nipomo is that, while it doesn't have a traditional downtown like Paso Robles, Arroyo Grande, or San Luis Obispo, you're still incredibly well located.
